If it has got all the ingredients mentioned in exact quantity and quantity, it is the best health mix available, hands down. Smells really good with a stronger scent of Elichi, tastes good, doesn't form lumps in hot or cold water. Been using since 2020 every day, seems to be very worth the price.

Like I know how sugar loaded "licks" and the "vitas" are ruling the health drink market and Manna is a breathe of fresh air. It's more nutritious and cheaper...but why is it so? It's because they are not pumping in millions in those misleading ads when a child grows when fed with "licks", "plans" or "vitas". These guys are quietly making some amazingly healthy products and selling it to those who wish to have better health. This is NO WAY PAID review....it's just an independent customer review and since I started using them a month ago, I have recommended it several family members, even elderlies and sent a pack to my parents and everyone is loving it!!
